Whew!  What a weekend!!  Saturday, I had the opportunity to speak at the Arizona Blogger Conference, put on by The Phoenix Style Collective.  The event was held at the uber fab hotel, The Saguaro.  It was the perfect setting for a blogger event.  Bright colors.  Playful.  Patterned.  The event sold out, so it was a packed house.  Bloggers and entrepreneurs across AZ came together to connect, network, and learn.  I spoke along with some pretty fabulous ladies.  Chelsea from Team Talk and Sarah from Arrow and Apple, who happened to photograph Elsie's (A Beautiful Mess) wedding were a couple of the other speakers on the panel!  I spoke on creating and establishing a niche for your blog, and then translating it into partnerships with brands.  I'm looking forward to more events hosted by The Phoenix Style Collective.  It's great to surround yourself with like minded individuals who are passionate about the same things as you.

Creating a blog niche that you are passionate about can lead you to success.  Keep a sharp focus, create and build interesting content, market yourself to companies, brands and other bloggers, and stay true to your voice, and your readers.  And most importantly, enjoy the ride.  It's a fun one.
